Hi, I’m Bec.
I provide massage in Charlestown at my clinic within the Family Chiropractic Centre.I’m passionate about inspiring my clients so they feel supported, engaged, positive in their thinking and lifestyle. I’m also a Mum to my 5 year old son, Archie.
My specialty is Therapeutic Deep Relaxation Massage. This uses the best aspects of Reiki, Aromatherapy, Remedial and Relaxation techniques. I am passionate about inspiring my clients to create equilibrium in their lives and taking time to renew and rejuvenate.
I believe that when your cup is full you can more freely give to others. What you put into your cup will determine how you feel. Fill it with fun, healthy habits and some time to yourself doing the things you love, and your life will feel abundant, balanced and blessed.
The real reason I do what I do is that I want to serve and support others to take care of their health both physically and mentally. In 2020 I was formally diagnosed with a Bi-polar condition and I have found that creating a calming, inspiring and gentle work environment helps me to manage my symptoms whilst still being active and contribute to my passion, which is helping others.
In my own life I have found I function best through placing a variety of different ingredients into my cup that are good for me, and I want to inspire and encourage others to do the same.
